The author's favorite is rice noodle roll. As you can see from the picture, the carefully steamed prawn is covered by the beautiful steamed rice skin and would taste even better with special soy sauce. Other perfect choice of meat for rice noodle roll are minced beef, BBQ pork and plain egg.

Try Guangzhou's famous special food -- congee, it is a rice soup cooked with fish, minced pork and preserved egg with shredded ginger and shallot in it.
